This PSD file comes with two bases- one with the open eye, and one without (original) as well as the 19 add-ons (7 hairstyles, 7 tails, 5 ear sets) visible in the second preview image

Do not re-distribute the lines / .PSD file

Do not claim the art / lines as your own

You are free to edit the base however is needed

You may sell adopts on this base
